During the summer of 2022, I was tasked with creating a new social media identity for The Design and Branding Company. I began the process by gathering inspiration from popular brand Instagram accounts, and taking note of elements that made them so successful. I used DBC’s website as a style guide and sketched the templates, then took to Adobe Illustrator to bring the sketches to life. I experimented with gradients, negative space, and typeface families to align these templates with the DBC visual identity. Working closely with the team, I was able to ideate and design templates for Instagram feed & stories, Facebook and X (formerly Twitter).
